BE AWARE! I would not recommend…First of all, they do not have on staff a nurse, the nurse that came and did the intake even admitted to us that she worked a full-time job at somewhere else. I had a question for the agency I called and the director of marketing Maria, who is not clinical and has no reason to have access to my father‘s medical records Or clinically be involved in my father‘s care. Great home health service. Nurses, physical therapists, office all do a terrific job.
The hospice nurses from ViaLife were so kind and knowledgeable and helped the family as well as the patient. I want to specially acknowledge nurse Charlotte, who attended my sister a she transitioned on August 6, 2023. She not only ministered to the patient but calmly influenced the attending family, allowing my sis to pass away with peace and without pain. A heartfelt thanks!
