I have had a viair compressor for about 2 years, this past weekend it quit building pressure. I sent an email to them asking for technical assistance and never received anything back. Pretty poor service in my opinion.

Forget about searching for a convenience store, or gas station with a workable air pump, or having to wait to use one. Viair has the problem solved with their very reliable air compressor. With your vehicle running, just plugin the adapter to your doohickey and voila, presto, ta-da, your car’s tires are reset. *This will generally happen when there’s a drastic drop in temperature.
I had an awesome experience with VIAIR customer service, thanks to Jessy Santos. I needed a gasket for my compressor and wasn’t exactly sure which one I needed. Jessy went above and beyond to help me figure out the correct part and made sure it was sent to me quickly. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. Huge thanks to Jessy and the VIAIR team for the excellent support!
