Let's talk about a fairly new restaurant called Viaggio. There are countless scrumptious tapas dishes sure to please most patron's palates. I do believe the service is probably the best in town with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly waiters/waitresses. From the most important things (e.g., knowing details about each dish or wine choice) to the finest (e.g., never allowing your water glass to remain empty) , they covered it. Viaggio Tapas in Rockville Centre! Only open 5 months, the energy is high, the food is great and the service is top notch! I think, it just may become our new go to place. They had Flamenco dancing and...lets just say that the passion, intensity and love that come through the dancing and the music....just wow! If you're out on the island stop by, it's soooo worth it!!
