I’ve been a customer since 2001, over 23 years now, this company used to have the best deals on phones around, they used to give you discounts for being a loyal customer. The customer service as a whole has went down in quality, including their auto responses on Facebook. About 13 years ago I couldn’t say enough good things about Viaero wireless because they had the best deals, plans and customer service around. If you’re looking for superior cell service or decent customer service. This is not the company for you.
