Kat & Dr Ryan are the most lovely people you’ll ever meet! Kat is a wonderful yoga instructor, and I’ve heard that Dr Ryan has “magic hands” and will get you back on your feet feeling great in no time! Check them out, and be sure to explore the other classes offered (Qigong!) and workshops!
Vi Vita, I would refer to them in a second! Dr Ryan is my Life Saver! I would stll be in so much daily pain and not doing all the things I can do now if it weren't for Dr Iskendarian! Thank you doesn't even come close to how Thankful I am!!
As an RVer who regularly samples yoga classes, I feel that it is a big deal for me to say this: my yoga class with Kat at Via Vita is the BEST yoga class I have ever attended! Kat is an attentive and knowledgeable instructor, the class environment is somehow the perfect marriage of challenging and accommodating to all levels. I am so impressed!
