Not a recent tenant but a prospect that a leasing agent who identified as “Veronica” (possibly) phoned back and hung up on. It was an unfavorable interaction deserving of the star rating given.
I had to stop in and give my personal experience here at Via Ventura apartments. We have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been great. Very well kept community very peaceful, we have been lucky enough to have good neighbors. We have met lots of great people along that way here. The regional manager Sarra is fantastic, very caring as well as Laura the property manager and Melissa have always been great. The maintenance team is great and responds fast. I definitely would recommend living in this nice peaceful community.
I would give zero stars if I could. This place initially seemed very quiet and peaceful the few times I looked around and toured the apartment early in the day time, before putting in my application. But living here 24/7 has been the stuff of nightmare. Once I got approved and moved in, I have been so disappointed and feel lied to as the management told me it was very quiet. We had a great tour here. Very nice staff and gave us a few options in terms of room size and the availability. Hope my photos help anyone looking for an apartment. Thanks again.
