We had a great tour here. Very nice staff and gave us a few options in terms of room size and the availability. Hope my photos help anyone looking for an apartment. Thanks again.
I enjoy living here, my experience has been good. It’s A good location very close to shopping centers, banks, and the park is across the street. The property manager, Laura T. And assistant Melissa have been Professional, kind, and responsive when I’m calling for any repair if needed. I am happy to say my work experience with them has been very good and I look forward to continue the great professionalism with them in the future. 😊
I would give zero stars if I could but the appliances are new so that’s the only plus. This place initially seemed very quiet and peaceful the few times I looked around and toured the apartment early in the day time, before putting in my application. Once I got approved and moved in, I have been so disappointed and feel lied to as the management told me it was very quiet. Pool. if i am paying nearly 3000 for one bedroom, the pool should be alot cleaner and nicer. It was not like that when i rented 3 years ago . And i have complained many times about how dirty it is at all times , winter and summer. I haven’t been able to swim for 2 years and all i get is promises “oh we cleaning this week , oh next week , oh he is coming for clean. We have requested this and that” TAKE CARE OF THIS ALREADY
The ladies in the font office, Melissa, and Laura, and Marcos in maintenance are awesome! It is like living in a resort, cool neighbors, great pool/spa, and top notch people running the show. Very pleased:)
