My husband, roommate, and I moved in on May 12, 2023. ( This is well overdo, I saw someone else with gripes and figured I should finally write this) Immediately after walking in the apartment for the first time, we realized there was a strong stench of mildew. I was in a hurry to find a nice place , since moving for a job opportunity. Stephen F worked with me to find something that fit my wants perfectly! It is a beautiful property. Stephen F and Dee are the absolute best.
Please know that it is within their policy to charge you something when you move you. For example we had an employee walk thru our apartment when leaving after we had a cleaner and carpets cleaned. Never had to do this to any other apartments. Our apartment wasn’t dirty in the first place just move out maintenance needed. The walk out the employee stated that it was ok. We have lived at Via Tuscany for over six months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. My spouse and I honestly wish we had moved here first instead of looking at apartments in the main Viera area. The units are price-competitive, clean, and incredibly spacious—the 2-bedroom floor plan essentially feels like it has an extra room. We lived at Via Tuscany in a 2 bed 2 bath unit from December 2024 until just recently and absolutely loved it. Our experience living there was amazing, from the unit itself to the property and the management. Michelle and Stephen in the leasing office are awesome to work with, quick to answer questions, and so friendly to everyone. They made our experience at Via Tuscany truly special.
