I just moved in and Mitchell made the entire process stressful. She is amazing. She has an amazing will to help and great personality. The apartment complex has many great sun activities for kids and adults. From an indoor movie theater, racket ball, indoor basketball court, great gym and a park. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
If you're looking for a place to reside, I highly recommend Via Tuscany. The realtors, Michele and Stephen, are extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to finding your dream apartment. Not only are the amenities fantastic for the price you pay, but you're also guaranteed amazing service by those who provide it. If I could I would rate this higher!
Our first place!!! Stephen and Michelle have been nothing but kind and helpful to us. As it being our first , they answered all of our questions and were rooting for us for the first time we met them! I will be recommending via Tuscany to anyone looking. I’m looking forward to being apart of the via community!
The view description was misleading. Paid to APPLY and they charged me the deposit upfront for an apartment I hadn’t been approved for, giving me 3 days for a refund but taking 6 days to approve me. How scandalous. When I said I didn’t want the apartment they took the deposit and said I only had three days to ask for the deposit!
This is a great place to live. People here really works hard to accomplish our needs. A big A+ to Michelle and Steve from the office. They are amazing. Thank you so much.
