LOVE IT!!! When its personal and you need some attention to sensitive areas this is the place. Glad I made this appointment! Worth every penny.
I have been seeing Terri at Via Medical Day Spa for almost two years now. She is wonderful and I truly enjoy seeing her each session. She is professional, very educational, and time efficient. She has shown that she truly cares about my results. I have never had a problem rescheduling an appointment and she was nothing but kind and understanding the couple of times I had to cancel last minute due to illness. I love Terri and Via!!
At first I read all of the negative views and I was nervous...but I scheduled an appointment anyway. It made me leave a voicemail because they were closed, but the next day Terri returned my call and got me in at the end of the week for Laser Hair Removal. I was very nervous to get this done (my bikini area) but she was not judgmental at all and she made me feel comfortable. It was over in like 2 minutes! Terri at Via Medi Spa does the best laser hair removal treatments!!! My sisters and I are all clients of Terri's and we couldn't be happier with our results!!! Can't wait for summer to show off my smooth hairless underarms, legs, upper lip, etc!!!
Very saddened to see such mean spirited people. I know this buisness well and have been going to Terri for years. This is nothing more than the case of not appreciating a service worth hundreds or thousands of dollars for $99. I have seen in my own business Groupon people pay less and expect more. You should all be ashamed of your unfounded comments.
The receptionist is incredibly rude. She is rude when you call I'm for appointments and rude when you check in. The facilities do not seem very professional. Stick to a reputable spa instead of going here and getting rude service.
This place is terrible! I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. The people that work here are rude, unfriendly, and provide the worst service ever.
Really rude receptionists when you call them to make an appointment. I don't believe I've ever been talked down to like that before in my life. Make a reservation in person, or if you call expect to be treated like a child.
I went into this place one day out of curiosity and to treat myself . I was greeted at the door and the services were explained to me in detail. I decided to get a facial, it was the best most relaxing experience I can ever remember. The environment was peaceful with soothing music in the background. The Skin Care Specialist recommended products for my skin. My skin has never felt or LOOKED better. THANK YOU SO MUCH VIA MEDICAL DAY SPA!!!!!!
