Update: Although the front desk is beyond forgiving, the rest of the staff came through in an incredible way. Melissa Jennifer Kaleb and Rose all reached out to make sure we were ok and got the help we and our family member needed. I have never had a worse experience with a business or even a person in my life. The front office people here could not have been crueler to someone seeking information on a loved one. I was born and raised in Phoenix and have struggled with substance abuse my whole life. Ive been many places to seek the help that I've needed for so long and unfortunately there just isnt many places that truly care like Via Linda behavioral. Once detox is over its very hard to have a solid aftercare plan as well as having good people and the support needed surrounding you, keeping you motivated, letting you know that your not alone and sharing in your struggle. The entire staff catered to my needs. Rose is excellent. Dr. Shah is fantastic at his job. The nurse Bella and Aimee, as well as the tech Aaron, was great and professional at catering to my high maintenance needs. Thanks guys it was a great experience.
