Signed me up for Medicaid. Yeah, I dont qualify for that AT ALL. Additionally over heard the nurses talking about another ward that was allowing patients to sleep together. Tried to steal multiple phones from patients and the drugs were willy nilly on the same ward.

I went there for a week in the adolescent unit and I absolutely loved my experience there the staff was so supportive and kind I had never felt more understood and seen it was unfortunate the circumstances that led to me being there but I’m glad that I was placed there thank you all via Linda staff you were all so very kind ‍🩹

The gratitude I feel for the care my young adult child received at Via Linda brings tears to my eyes. My child needed a lot of help and when he arrived at Via Linda. While there, AT received compassion, care, respect, professional medical knowledge, a chance to rest, good food and peace. Everyone I got to meet was warm, kind, patient and calm. Went here around 4 times. The staff are great. There were some staff that weren’t the nicest. But most of them really cared and helped. Devaughn was very very kind to everyone. You could tell he genuinely cared, one of the sweetest humans Ive ever met.
