Ordered Gnocci and basically tasted like it was uncooked. Also ordered Pollo Milanese and pieces of the chicken were visibly uncooked and chewy. I saw other customers have left similar reviews about chewy chicken. This place needs to be closed down.
Well, we gave it a shot and that was really a not pleasent experience. 1-the hostess was passing every 5 minutes to say our table would be ready in 5 minutes. We waited 45 minutes. Not only us. The food was OK but the check got to the table with 20% service included — is that legal? — and we were not sure we would be happy enough to give a 20% tip. I ordered gnocchi . Let me say this: it tasted like raw flour. The server we had, was very rude and gave us poor service. A 500 ml water bottle costs$10.00 I ordered ice tea and got only one glass because they didn’t have more, so no refills on that. Other family members were ok with their dishesI was over charged and asked for the bill to be fixed and they did. Too expensive for the quality of food and service. I will not go back!
I have been going here for the last eight years every xmas season when I'm in NYC. I have read the reviews and was worried about the bad ones because the food was always good. I feared quality control set in and now they were just churning out Chef-Boy-Ardee meals from frozen packets. I was so happy that the reviews are wrong.
