Carabbas is the only best Italian restaurant in mobile
Homemade everything you can't beat it the best Italian in town in the region in the southeast hands down the corn and crab bisque amazing fresh focaccia bread everyday fresh pasta everyday Roll by hand fresh pizza dough and when you know you see the same servers there for 10 years you know what's a good restaurant

Eureka! Yes this is the place I have been looking for in Mobile. My first visit was rewarded with a special meal. Entrees are cooked fresh to order so expect to wait, but also expect something special. The tomato and tortolinni soup was rich and wonderfully fresh bursting with tomato flavor. My entree, Shrimp and Scallop Genolese was perfectly spiced and the seafood properly tasting like shrimp and scallops. A nice Italian white wine was recommended. Expect the best.
This place has great food and a great friendly staff. All the food is prepared as you order it (nothing is bought from a wholesaler as "prepared" food to warm up), so it's all made fresh from their small kitchen. Expect your order to take a little longer to get to your table (enjoy a glass of wine & some conversation), but the wait will be more than worth it. Give this place a try, and be patient -- you'll be glad you did! We'll go back real soon.
