My review is for Villa Christi Village Ridge skilled nursing/rehab only. In my humble opinion this is not a safe or friendly environment. I can confirm that when my mom rang for help she would wait a minimum 45 minutes for someone to even show up. Even when I was there with her. I can go on about other issues but I will stick to facts. 8 years of wonderful memories with very excellent staff that whole time. Other staff came and went, and they were excellent also. There are always, in living anywhere, ups and downs but our family is very grateful to everyone at Via Christi on Ridge for assisting Mom through her final years.
Excellent care, the staff made moms stay extremely pleasant!
