Took an hour and a half AFTER my appointment to be seen for pre-employment tests. They then told me they didn’t have the necessary tools to complete the tests and I’ll have to reschedule. Top that off with a rude nurse. Awful experience, why are companies using them?
Had appt set for 10am. Receptionist told me even though I had an appointment I still had to wait for the walk in patients ahead of me. Got called back to the room at 1050 and the nurse stated the physician would be back shortly. Physician showed up at 1120 (after I walked the halls looking for him). All I needed was a signature from the doc. So I sat for 80 minutes for a 20 second visit. Real solid work here guys...
Terrible. I would go somewhere else if you can. Always have waited at least an hour at my appointment and the employees have been so rude every time. I don't recommend this clinic.
