Everyone was so nice. My doctor, especially. The building was a mess due to construction.
Communication was spotty, and there really isn’t any way to make a phone call to the ER. I guess I understand that, otherwise people would call all the time. But when you’re out of town and you need information, then you’re out of luck. The service is rendered were not for me, they were for my dad who suffers from dementia, who ended up being declined admission due to his advanced state of Alzheimer’s.
