I’m guessing most of the good reviews are from people who have lived in Kansas or are used to subpar service most of their lives. I’m not from around here. I’m from state where I actually had good medical care and had no idea that medical care could be so lacking. They openly discuss PERSONAL INFORMATION AT THE COUNTER. I will not go back. I overdosed on a medication. They treated me like a person off the street. I could hear their snide remarks regarding , oh well if narcan doesn't work, too bad. I was not checked on to see if I needed anything. I asked to use a phone because I did not have my phone , they said just a minute but never happened. They purposely looked away every time they came near me at the nurses station for fear I would remind them they said I could use the phone. I came into the ER because of an irregular heartbeat. They checked me out and told me what to expect and sent me home. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and very professional. Thank you.
