Everyone was professional and kind in dealing with me during my treatment.
Had issues with finally convincing myself to call an ambulance to get some help for a kidney stone. Sent the medication to the wrong pharmacy which was closed that day after asking where I wanted it sent. I tried to get it rectified and was told I would have to check back in; what was the point of the expensive ambulance ride just to have to get some relief. Upon my arrival they made me as comfortable as possible till I could be seen. Triage people seemed a little hesitant about how to care for me. The PA and those who took my blood were very efficient, kind and caring. The young woman who did my ultrasound was amazing and very calming. When I returned to the waiting room it was a long time with no drink of water.
