This was over crowded and I felt like a waste of time. Lined down the hall and awkward. I felt like I was more at risk here than before I got in the ambulance.
I have received the best of care each and every time I have been at St. Francis. Everyone is compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. I will go to St. Francis for my needs as long as I live. Thank you all!!!!
The staff at the front desk for the most part are very attentive when asked a question. Nurses and Drs very good. But wait time in ER was 9 hours total with no fluids, food, meds or comfort with an 82 year old parkinsons’s patient with dementia. Nightmare.
