I am a new C Pap user and chose Mercy Medical Supply. They have been super kind and helpful. They (Jackie) contacted me when she received the order from my doctor and set up my appointment for me. When I arrived Jackie was all set up and waiting on me. She is very thorough and took all the time in the world to make sure I was comfortable in using the machine and it's settings. I would highly recommend them, especially Jackie at the Pittsburg office.

We are greeted at the door by a lady who tells us to use the kiosk to check in (why even have a door greeter?). Then we have to wait for the lady who gives us the bracelet... so we can go back to do Labs which takes half an hour until she asks us if we got a text message to confirm our insurance information to which I say no here is my insurance card then she doesn't know what code to use to take us down to Laboratory.
