Staff is always helpful and always someone on call
Their receptionist Emna is not from this country and treats customers very poorly. When customers calls and make complaints with Dee then driver and Paul the deliver calls and chews client who has been with them for years out. I was on the phone with her when he called her on house phone and heard the who lol e conversation.This is very poor service. We have had problems with Emma on the phone and in store as well. I will be finding a new oxygen company for my family member.
