I think the staff here is very friendly and the doctors are concerned and compassionate about their patients. Coming from a small town, I like the fact that these folks know who I am and care about my well being. Thank you!
I've had nothing but horrible experiences here. One of the doctors grabbed me and yanked me sleeve down after I had refused treatment from him. I was speaking with him about treatment for my depression and he suggested that I'm addicted to drugs (I'm not). And was incredibly rude and judgmental. After going there a few time I was billed $30 per appointment as the copay for my insurance now all of a sudden 9 months since I have last had an appointment they are sending me bills for the exact same appointments for $146 per appo... read more

Dr Joe told my husband that his swollen and painful wrist could have been caused by a cold even though he worked at a job that required repetitive wrist movement on an assembly line. The good doctor then gave him a printout from Wikipedia on tendonitis which did not mention being caused by a cold at all (go figure). However as the company Dr, he likely did whatever thought the human resource person would want him to do.
