All the work shown in the attached images was done by Mr. Oscar Ruiz at Via Care. Over a six-month period, I had multiple appointments, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. 1. Poor Cleaning: The cleaning was done very poorly, leaving debris and plaque behind. 2. Tooth #15: The dentist cut my gum without consent and performed a filling by placing it over a cavity, which led to more problems. 3.
