Terrible management, ugly place to live. The ownership must change administrator. The woman has a very bad attitude. Discriminates against Hispanics by making racist remarks. Threatens against elderly Hispanic couple.
Do NOT rent or work here. Manager Stephanie is impossible to work with, and is a dishonest bully. Her relative, Gary Smith, owns the complex. 4 Maintenance supervisors have quit in the last year and a half. Apts are old, dirty, roach infested and run down. There is a lot of theft in the complex and it is dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs.
LAURA WARNING!! 8-3-2019 Do not rent here. Manager will not follow or respect the turms of your lease. I lived here 3&1/2 yrs not one complaint from tennents or management. When I tried to arrange a time to be present for my 6month inspection, I was told I had no right to be there. WRONG!!! Leases states two day notification before work/repairs to the apartment, also no proper notice.
