This place has always been calm until we got a new manager and secretary that completely switched things around. We no longer can have guest park and stay over night or their car will get towed, we can not have anything in the balconies but only TWO pots of plants. The secretary will walk around and take non authorized pictures of you then say other tenants complained when it’s not true. It’s no longer peaceful as we can’t do anything due to it “breaking the rules”.
