I got a call from a Facebook giveaway saying that I had won an all expense paid trip to leavenworth for me and my family. I was very excited. Im 4 months postpartum and struggle with postpartum depression, my baby was premature have been having a hard time lately, and so this made me ecstatic. Supposedly my husband and I won something. We came to redeem our vacation and brought our newborn and 1 year old. My newborn only breastfeeds so I can't be away from my newborn. They turned us away because of our children being with us. They are not family friendly. Which is silly because who encourages people to take a free vacation for your family but isn't family friendly. Fake and scam. Waste of time.
Edit: Mr. Jeremy Morgan called me and apologized for the incident. He was very professional and truly proved that this is not how the company runs. I genuinely appreciate the gesture and the effort he put in to rectify the situation. Five stars on that! This company is a scam for sure! We were offered to come in on two different occasions and both times turned away. The first time they claimed they didn't have an appointment for us, which was not true due to having a confirmed appointment time emailed to us. They went ahead and honored our "free gift" without giving any information on how the trip even works. The second time they invited us with a confirmed appointment time.
