They had no communication! One lady flooded the store with the foot spa, all the electronics where F***ed (nail drills, went threw 2 before the 3rd one was available and the UV LED lights all kept shutting off before the timer would run down and we, the customers just had to keep turning them on) uncomfortable process that took 3 hours! I was not satisfied with my nails, the lady did not give me a chance to speak when getting my nails done. She was very harsh also when I asked for my design she rolled her eyes at me. The shapes were so uneven and she made my sister’s nail bleed. I want professional nails backk!!!

I have to say that this was the worst experiences I have had as far as the initial contact enquiring the price, let alone politeness which I did allow for busy times, and I paid more than I have anywhere else. I had a manicure and pedicure and less than a week my nail polish was coming off my fingers. I spoke to supposedly person in charge and she said that it was my own nails that caused the polished to come off.
