VDPHT gave a good vibe from the layout of the space to the style and flow of the class. I enjoyed the class that I took, but after that they keep asking donate money.
I need to unwind and get my life!!! Meditation is not for everyone. If you can't sit still and center yourself for at least 45 minutes... don't do it. I am going to look into a meditation for anxious people and see where in can start! It seems beneficial
