I’m looking for a bus from Ukee to Victoria at the end of November and other than the time between Xmas and New Year there appears to be no tickets remaining between Ukee and Nanaimo. There was always space on this bus… what’s changed? Is it now a car with space for 5? How do locals without a car use this service anymore? I lived in Tofino until 2018 and used the (then Tofino Bus) regularly.
Was a very bad experience. The air conditioning in the bus was off the entire time on a hot day, and the interior of the car was like a sauna. It smelled like public washroom and sweat in the back. The bus was old and not well maintained. I have never taken a bus trip so painful.
A customer service rep should be avaliable 7 days a week and on holidays. How can you have service with no customer service available. Absolute clown of a company. Beyond rediculous.
I had a terrible experience with this company. The bus was an hour late, the entire drive it smelled like toilet and it took so long to get from Nanaimo to Victoria even though he could of drive faster.
