Website very hard to use
Karen's team has been amazing and for a overseas home owner that has been a peace of mind. VHS manged everything and they kept me informed at all times along the way. When I transitioned back to VA VHS connected me with contacts for carpet, tree trimming, yard work and carpentry work. The house was turned back over to me super clean with no damage or repairs needed. You can't go wrong with VHS Property Management and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service.
We have been renting a home through VHS Property Management for a couple years now and have had the best experience working with them! Karen and her team are amazing to work with. VHS Management has managed my property for the last 9 years and the experience has been great, one I can proudly share. Never had any issues with their team, there was transparency, and the communication was great, I went to them if I had questions and the response was always timely, They have done a great job and I would not hesitate to choose them again should I decide to invest in Real Estate.
All service requests have been handled quickly, courteously, and professionally. They have worked with us (for us) on lease agreements. Dealing with their company has been a great experience. I agree with the other reviews that our house was spotless and in great condition upon move in. It was lovely not having to worry about cleaning it before moving in.
