We currently rent from them. We had a leak in the kitchen that was growing mold. They do not fix anything they bandage and you have to put in multiple work orders to get anything actually fixed. Our InstantPot was damaged by the leak and that was the last straw for me. I called the city and they finally came out to fix the problem correctly. HORRIBLE company to go to when looking for a home/ rental property. They don’t care about any questions or concerns you might have, the lady’s at the office are EXTREMELY RUDE. I just called it is March 3rd 2021, 10:43 am and asked to speak with their super visor and she laughed and said no. Asked her for her name and ignored that as well and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service, they do not care about the condition of the home either. Look before you buy/rent.
