Horrible customer service! I've been dealing with medical center for several years and today I am officially finding a new office because of the terrible and rude treatment from the secretarial department.
Don't let the name fool you! THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE CLINIC!!! I walked in expecting that it was still an urgent care clinic, but it is not. Find somewhere else to go when you need medical care but not the ER.
