After struggling with unexplained symptoms for years, I decided to do a telemedicine visit with Catherine to discuss my hormones. It was the best decision I've made for my health. She was caring, understanding, and genuinely listened to my struggles. The visit was thorough, and we were able to figure out possible causes of my issues. We did functional medicine testing and made a plan that included supplements and diet changes, and I truly feel like I'm on a path to better health and couldn't be happier with the experience.
I had a great experience with Catherine! She is competent, professional, and comprehensive with her approach and really listened to my concerns and helped me. She instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable. This is a one of a kind practice that I highly recommend!
Dr Shanis and Catherine are the most thoughtful, kind-hearted, holistic medical providers I've ever met. They bring incredible expertise and experience and yet are able to treat me as partner in my own care who is the expert in the experience of MY body. I truly can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Dana Shanis is INCREDIBLE. She helped make me feel confident with my face & skin. This was my first time receiving injections, so I was a bit nervous. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and explained the injection process the whole way through. I felt so comfortable with her.
