Beyond unprofessional. Their scheduler gave me the wrong address, and on the day of my appointment when I called for the right one, I was left on hold for fifteen minutes only to receive a call from their office (as they can’t bother to answer their own phones and outsource). When I explained the problem and that I was less than five minutes away, they cancelled the appointment as if it wasn’t their fault (despite not even being 15 minutes after the original time).

The facilities are fantastic. Dr. Povcher has been wonderful. But the ability to contact the office to schedule a surgery has been a nightmare. As closes I can get to communicate is through a call center in another state. It is very impersonal. Also, the way the office is organized is extremely impersonal. II feel like I am ini the bowels of a star wars ship!

Have been dealing with something for a few weeks now where the Dr thinks he knows what it is. After a few weeks the pain is getting worse and spreading to different areas and I called back in to try and see a Dr or PA. No luck, next appt is a month away and was told to just keep taking Ibuprofen, sitz bath and sit on a donut. Thanks, but will try and find someone who actually wants to try and help.
