I have used them for years but their quality has gone way down. now they are charging for poor diagnosis They just swap parts till they fix the issue. every misdiagnosis or wrong part is an extra charge. I don't think they are being dishonest just unqualified to diagnose effectively. They told me I needed brakes I didn't they told me I needed a new a.c. condenser and expansion valve they got that wrong too. Vince- diagnosed and repaired my 2007 Lexus ES 350. My VSC alert, check engine light and traction control alert were showing up on my dashboard. He correctly diagnosed the issue and professionally repaired it all in about two hours, for a good price. He is my mechanic.
Vince is awesome, we came from out of town and had car trouble. Jay @ autotronics mobile repair refer Vince to us. Vince went up and beyond with what a macanic had to do. He lent his personal car to us for the day while he worked on our car. Worked on Sunday so we could get back on the road. Once again Vince thanks.
