I took my father back in 2021 or 2022. My father asked the front desk staff on the phone to be seen with a male medical doctor. He was promised to be seen with a male medical doctor. However, when he got to the appointment and went inside the medical room (I was with him inside the medical room), he got two female nurse practitioners which he didn't feel comfortable with. Dr Povcher performed successful surgery to relieve my bladder symptoms and treated me with wisdom empathy and kindness throughout the process. I am indebted to Dr Povcher for improving my quality of life
Beyond unprofessional. Their scheduler gave me the wrong address, and on the day of my appointment when I called for the right one, I was left on hold for fifteen minutes only to receive a call from their office (as they can’t bother to answer their own phones and outsource). When I explained the problem and that I was less than five minutes away, they cancelled the appointment as if it wasn’t their fault (despite not even being 15 minutes after the original time).
Thank you to Dr. Joel, Dr. Johnson and the entire medical team for the biopsy surgery. Everything from check-in to checkout went well.
