I cannot recommend this urgent care enough. I came in with a head cut that would not stop bleeding, and Rosemary along with the front desk staff, the nurse working with her took outstanding care of me from the moment I walked in. They were attentive, thorough, and never once made me feel rushed. The level of care and professionalism was exactly what you hope for when you are dealing with something that has you worried. Thank you again to Rosemary and the team for taking such great care of me today.
My experience was so good. Everyone was nice from the staff and the nurses and the doctors. They did a good job.
I came here in April because I had a little discomfort in my leg. The doctor came to the conclusion I may have blood clots and told me to get an ultrasound. I wasted time and money going to the hospital. They didn't find anything
This used to be my family’s urgent care facility even after they moved from a better location. Recently the quality of care has collapsed. You’ll never see a doctor if you come here for urgent care services, and it has an impact - including an over-eagerness to prescribe antibiotics when a doctor might not. But also we learned after the fact that our insurance no longer covers x-rays at this location which was a primary benefit for visiting this location bc the scans were sent to VHC hospital.
