Received thorough and great care.
Do not bother. First attempted to schedule a teleheatlh appointment. The provider was over 45 mins late. After disconnecting, the receptionist called and asked if I wanted to come in-person. We set a time for 5:30 pm. When I arrived, I was told it would be an hour wait. Time appears to be an elusive subject for them.
Very frustrating experience trying to get a simple antibiotic prescription. Would not recomend.
Scheduled a video visit, waited hours for that appointment, no body showed up, they call me and tell me the doctor wants to see me in person, they would schedule me for 6 and I could come in earlier. I came in and sat in the lobby for 2 HOURS. With no end I. Sight, and likely being too late to pick up a prescription, I left. I spent all day, paid 3 separate co pays, sat in the lobby for 2 hours, and was never treated. Healthcare in America is a joke.
