The woman answering the phone on Saturday was horrifically rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. I will go elsewhere.
Was very well taken care of and got my xray results basically immediately. Staff was very nice.
Went on a Friday evening around 6:45. Was seen promptly, the check in process took some time for me to complete my info, but no more than 5 minutes otherwise. The facility was clean, equipment was newer (not rundown leftover stuff), my provider was super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Overall a great experience!
Came here on Monday evening and with only two people waiting I was told the way is one hour. Does not look like the place is properly staffed.
I visited VHC Health Express Care and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The customer service was very poor, and the two front desk staff members were unwelcoming and unprofessional. It should renename the name to VHC very slow and unprofessional Care. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
