I would’ve left 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance only to be told in person that my in-network insurance “may not be accepted and not cover the services due to being out-of-network”, which we would only find out after the services are completed/charged. Considering they are asking pre check-in questions that require insurance information before the appointment day, they could have easily called to give this information earlier so we would not have to waste our time with this poor service and a... read more
I was prescribed medication and then cut off in the middle of treatment, the referral doctor’s nearest appointment was two months away. Uneducated nurse practitioner decided to deny the medication not my insurance!
Dr Nguyen is Awesome. She is very caring and kind. I appreciate her patience’s and compassion. She is my primary doctor and I enjoy her upbeat personality and alway working with as an individual to figure out the right course of action for me. I definitely recommend her is you are looking for a primary physician
