I had a mixed experience here. Initially things were ok. They had a clean, modern office and did an acceptable job for standard medical issues. I saw Trent Hope MD until we disagreed then Christopher Ryan MD. Both doctors were knowledgeable in general medicine but I ran into a rare problem where they refused to take my concerns seriously and pushed me off to psychiatry. I disagreed with their reasoning and asserted my right to refuse treatment but then Dr. Ryan had me banned from all VHC facilities claiming that I was noncom... read more

I am very happy to have found this place and visited, they are now my primary doctor’s office. The front desk staff and lab staff are always super kind and efficient. NP Lauren Burford is absolutely wonderful, professional, and truly cares about my health. I have never had a better experience at any other Doctor so I highly recommend this location an NP Burford.
I was nervous because I saw reviews talking negatively about the staff but I want to say everyone was super nice and helpful. Latisha (ultrasound tech, I hope I spelled it right) was so friendly it made the experience easier.
I never had bad this location till now. What happened? Very das. Staffs at front desk are very rude, talked down to me like I was no body. I just simply told them what my insurance situation, one staff didn't understand and asked other worst one and she start told me so loud and talked down to me like I’m scolded by her for the question. If my primary Dr. wasn’t at this location, I will never go back to this place. How terribly treating part this location? What a sad. I will be contacting manager but maybe was it my time.
