I had an appointment this morning for a physical exam and possible blood work, and I had called to verify that they took my insurance TWICE before actually coming in. Both times I was told my insurance was accepted but when I arrived in the actual dr's office they told me they did not. Which is really weird bc I have been to other VHC locations before and they accepted my insurance just fine.
