Dr. Alibosi is very inconsiderate of patients and that causes her to make careless mistakes. She filled a script incorrectly and then proceeded to argue with me about how much of it I should have left. She didn’t apologize when she quickly discovered that she was wrong and then couldn’t even be bothered to do the prior authorization when filling it again so it got denied for that exact reason (never submitted). I had my first experience and got a physical with Dr. Alobosi. She was great!
I have only had great experiences with this doctor office. The receptionist who greeted me was friendly and professional. Anna, who draws blood, is fantastic; you hardly feel a pin prick. I have seen Dr. Thomas for two years now and she is wonderful. She takes the time to discuss any issues that I might have and provides good feedback. I feel that I am in good hands with this medical office.
I would like to share my experience with Dr. Reyes. After coming to all scheduled appointments, I had some concerning symptoms at home. I called into the office and were told that they were nothing later. Told too urgently come in however that there were no available appointments I asked for some advice with how to deal with the symptoms so that I could make it through the weekend and I was told to go to the emergency room I feel that the Medica care here is not just lacking compassion but also completely incompetent and I w... read more
