I was 8 minutes late as it started snowing on my drive and traffic slowed way down due to slick roads. Not only wouldn’t they see me because I was late, the office staff was completely rude about it. I’ve been to other medical practices who’d prefer you to be safe in bad weather conditions and make accommodations for patients. Early morning appointment and still running an hour late, without so much as an apology.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! The patient service is absolutely DREADFUL! Zero communication from the staff or my PCM Dr. Julia Ellison, who by the way lists herself as a DO but doesn't offer her patients ANY services you would expect from a certified DO. During my initial visit I asked if she could treat and adjust my neck, Dr. Ellison stated "I don't do that kind of treatment." I stated "but you are a DO." Dr. Ellison stated "Yeah I don't know why I chose that specialty because I don't like to adjust patients. I did the bare minimum... read more
This office has helpful, caring staff from the front desk to the Doctors. I have been coming here for quite some time. They take the time to listen to me, and they are genuine. I have had some hiccups with the billing department at VHC, but that is separate from my experience the doctors and staff have provided here. I see Dr. Ellison and she has been wonderful. I am very happy with this office and would recommend them.
