I've been seeing Dr Yerram for almost two years now. She listens and has given sound advice for the various times for various reasons that I've seen her. I highly recommend her!

Do NOT go to Dr. Yerram at VHC West Springfield ————————————————— I recently had an extremely negative experience at my first visit at this VHC West Springfield on February 5th and after contacting them several times to file a complaint they have completely ghosted me. I scheduled an appointment to VHC to establish a new PCP and met with Dr. Yerram. I was also doing my annual physical with her and needed a health form signed for a new job as an educator. The great thing about this office is that it isn't busy. The reason is that the doctor, Yerram, is not very good. She prescribed a second round of antibiotics for a very mild cough after I had already taken a round of antibiotics for a bacterial infection. I decided not to pick up the second round because antibiotics should only be used on active infections, and a mild cough is not indicative of an infection. This medical facility has far exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Yessica-Lola, who is incredibly friendly and has a warm, welcoming smile. She is amazing and communicates exceptionally well! Dr. Yerram is also outstanding—always helpful and attentive. She takes the time to address all of my questions thoroughly.
