You can’t get anyone on the phone! When you call the number, even as a current patient, you are directed to a main number. While the main line service reps are polite, they can’t actually resolve any urgent issues. Despite being told my problem was “high priority”, it’s been over a week and no one has called me back. The patient portal is even worse. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for a PCP.
