I saw NP Jessica Campbell last year, after not being able to get in with my doctor, Dr. Owen. This appointment lit a fire under me. Jessica Campbell recommended—very smugly— that I needed to be off HRT/MHT…because I’m 51, the average age of menopause onset. This is not evidence-based medicine. Yes, that (51) may be the average age of menopause but age is not the reason to be on or off hormones. Doctor Ellison and the nurse I saw were great and very thorough but the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Even though I like the doctor, I will be looking for a new one as scheduling appointments and getting help from the front office personnel has proven stressful on more than one occasion and healthcare providers should be trying to reduce a patient’s stress, not add to it.
Worst medical experience I've had so far, and I've been through a lot. They don't read your medical records, and don't know how to contact patients. My record explicitly says I am NOT available for phone calls during work hours, and to use email or the hospital's messaging system. They did nothing but call and leave voice messages on a phone system I do not have access to for over a month. The worst doctors I have ever seen in my life. They diagnose you with things such as cancer and other serious issues without having proof or evidence. They are very aggressive and tell you 100% that something is wrong with u, even though you insist that you know your body and you know you are okay. They dismiss your feelings and bully you into doing unnecessary surgery— TWICE. You try to tell them that your symptoms have reveresed and you feel okay now. My wife went late to appointment and they cancel her appointment, she had pain and want visit obgyn as soon as possible but they didn’t allow her and the Spanish front desk girl was really disrespectful and keep laughing on her
