All Dr. Shahab's Appointments Cancelled, Told to Wait 2 Months for Next Appointment Received letter a week before my appointment informing me that it was cancelled because Shahab left the practice. Letter was sent via bulk rate extra slow snail mail that takes 3 to 4 weeks. Letter from Drs. Haque and Alcock stated that "member of GI Team will call you to reschedule", which never happened. 2025 is a new year and this faculty has improved tremendously since the old reviews. Easy to make my appointment, friendly professional staff greeted me, insurance was taken care of, Dr. Hashmi was polite and professional. I was immediately at ease and really appreciate the care I received from Gwen, Senat, Ann, Dr Johnson and Dr Hashmi. Huge appreciation for this faculty and staff!

They do not seem to do what they say they will in the context of connecting and making sure the procedure can be scheduled. One effort, then nothing. Nobody is available via their phone all the time. This is nuts.
