North York General Hospital arranged a 90 day rehab and care program at home for my Dad. VHA Home HealthCare Rehab has been very helpful with getting my Dad and me adjusted to a routine for his recovery. The personal support workers are always kind and encouraging. They are excellent.
Bad management.. bad answering phone calls.. bad appointments
They never contact you when workers are cancelled. They show whenever without the schedule that is yours. Never stay more then 15 20 minutes when scheduled for an hour. Second class treatment to 94 year old patients
