I do not recommend. Exaggerated physiotherapy progress reports, lack of effort and refusal to apply for an Ontario ADP funded mobility device on my behalf, which after inquiring to the Ontario Assistive Devices program i should be eligible for. Days delay in responding to my voicemails left for my OT. General lack of knowledge with regards to the short and long term effects of Legionnaires disease and the Ontario Assistive Devices Program etc etc.

I received home visits following hip surgery from Rushita P. Reg PT. She was always punctual and professional and easy to talk to. She explained the purpose and hopefully the good outcome of each exercise very carefully. Her recommendations as to how best to do the exercises were easy to understand.
I have had two sessions with a VHA Home HealthCare Rehab Solutions physio caregiver. She has been very knowledgeable, professional and I am already making progress towards improved mobility. I know that it will take some time using her recommended exercises that have been clearly marked and explained. My mood has become much more positive thanks to VHA and Shannon. I am very grateful and never expected such a dedicated group.
