I am NOT happy with your "service". Firstly, I can never get in touch with someone directly when I call. Secondly, "IF" I am able to contact a live person, I never get a call back. Thirdly, I have been trying for months to access the "myVHA" portal, only to get a message my user name and password no longer match. Then when I try to reset it, it won't let me. Dealing with this company is extremely frustrating.
Sent home today with nothing done for the second time because of their booking error. Do not go here unless you have no choice. If you do go, prepare to be disappointed
What an EXEPTIONAL experience! Like where does VHA even find these lovely amazing people??? So my little grandma took a fall and we were put in touch w VHA for help her get by as she lives independently. They sent her PSW Taylor today who was an ABSOLUTE doll! She was so kind, caring, attentive and most of all GENTLE. Nana is shy but Taylor went above and beyond to make nana feel comfortable and was IMMENSELY helpful.
