I have now been here 25/26 years. The new owner is amazing to work with. I pay rent by check and it no longer is held until the last of the month like the previous owner. I goes through immediately and I haven't had any problems with the owner. We have been advised by the office of all/any changes in the lease and or what is going on in the park. I find this a vast improvement from the past.

HORRIBLE company do not rent from here turned in my $20 application fee and got no answers from management the new property manager has no communication skills she will not call back doesn't know what she us doing the park is run down please BEWARE they will take your money and not give you an answer if your approved or not

I have lived in this park about 21 years. This mobile home park is the worst in Grand Rapids. Since the new owners took over everything is bad. The billing is beyond poor. Payment was made for last month and two days later received "Demand for Possession" of my mobile home. Advised office of this and all that was said was "I can only look into this". Lived here for 3 years told us we were getting windows put in and they Waited until we put in our 30 day notice to do so. The neighbors will harrass you all day long. When our ac broke down it was close to 100degress and the office people said it would be about a week for it to get fixed, ended up in the hospital to be treated for dehydration. I do not recommend this trailer park to anyone, we were promised our deposit back since nothing was wrong with our trailer, but did not get one back. So think twice before you move her... read more

They charge $20.00 money order only rental app. No calls for weeks. Call them, need co signer. I cosigned for a friend, 20.00 money order. Unacceptable cosigner...i have a 808 credit score. They are taking in 15 rental apps. A day....no rentals approved...

This place is horrible. There is never anyone available and no one ever answers the phone when you call. I make my payments on the 1st of every month and have never been late and still no service. How trailer was gutted on the inside and rebuilt. They covered the cable and phone jacks, so we had to pay to have everything hooked up. They left the garbage under the trailer and refused to remove it. They never cleaned the inside of the trailer before or after we moved in as promised. Went there to fill out a app the lady was a ht late to open the office and they never answer the phones at all. So basically a waste of money to apply at took twenty bucks and got no anwser
