Amir was very great
I took my desktop computer and monitor to VFix. Amir wasn't sure if he could repair because they don't usually repair desktops, but he evaluated it for free, I might add. He adjusted the pins on my modem because it wasn't connecting properly. I went from having no connection on my monitor to having my full screen back up and running. Needless to say, I was super elated as I sure didn't have money to get a new desktop.
