Please be aware — this agent works with a house flipper who conceals many defects. I purchased a home from LB CONTINENTAL LLC in 2023 and in less than 2 years it has costed me thousands in repairs. Our most recent discovery was that seller lied on the seller’s disclosure stating a new roof was installed in 2023 and after experiencing a terrible leak in my room and having a roof company come out, we found out that the old roofing is still there and needs to be replaced as it has rotting wood and the old shingles deteriorated.... read more
