This service can be good or really awful, the inconsistent service and difficulty contacting a live person for help or questions makes it a frustrating experience. Sometimes it's great and the drivers are generally very good, once you get your ride. But too often you are left because the driver didn't take the time to call you and they leave and cancel your ride, when they were actually in the wrong place to pick you up, so even though you are outside waiting, you get left!! There is no phone number listed anywhere and there is a flaw in driver onboarding. Drivers do need support - and there should be onboarding support.
Worst service Ever! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT.. If I could give zero stars I would. Our student has missed so much school because of their poor time management and poor communication skills. tried contacting home office but no one returned our message.
