Did refinance with Rishani , best lawyer to work with, gave the file and they finished everything in a week and did a smooth closing and will definitely recommend her, staffs were all nice and cooperative and understanding
Not serious about time sensitivity of case and lake of attention to details. I appointed Rishani but my case was handed over to new subordinate lawyer who didn't follow my instructions and that resulted in late deposit of sales proceeds to my bank to pay off credit line. Costed me huge interest. Receptionist not cooperative and give wrong excuses to avoid meeting with Lawyer.
